The office has been designed using quality slow-grown, Northern European timber, it has good proportions, attention to detail and careful lighting - the 3 long windows and glazed door offer a light and airy space in which to work all year round.  With a flat roof at under 2.5m high, this perfectly sized mini garden office conforms to current UK planning regulations regarding height.

The customer chose a green sedum roof, the perfect choice for city gardens where neighbouring properties will have a view of the roof.  For buildings to be used all year round, a green roof also offers excellent insulation and sound-insulating properties.
