If you need to situate your garden office or studio closer than 2m to your garden boundary, then in most cases, you will need your building to be under 2.5m high, to avoid the need for planning permission. That's where we can help!  All our garden offices & studios can be made to measure and manufactured under 2.5m high with a contemporary flat roof design.

Our Linea range of contemporary garden buildings has been designed with no roof overhang, making them ideal for tight spaces in the garden.  Durable larch wood exterior cladding, high spec. insulation, security & double glazing make a Linea your ideal work or hobby space all year round. Our popular pent & flat roof cabins not only look good but they also offer plenty of head room for even the tallest amongst you! Our  Log cabins for instance is a very attractive option for a small garden office or studio.  At 3m x 2.5m it is roomy enough for a desk, chair and sofabed for overnight guests, but if you require a bigger design or different doors & windows, its no problem, just let us know. 

Many customers like to combine storage with their garden room, and this is a good idea for those short on space. The Log Cabin Studio can be designed with a dividing wall and separate access (either a solid or glazed door from our wide range). This versatile option offers a strong, warm and dry storage space for garden furniture, bikes and other garden paraphernalia combined with a garden room available for use all year round.
