What information do we collect about you?
We collect personal information about you directly from you, by telephone, by email or via our website contact form. By submitting your personal data you CONSENT to it being processed. When you order from us, you agree to your details being held on our secure accounting system for at least 5 years as required by law. These details will not be shared with any third parties but form a record of purchase, supply and guarantee.
How will we use the information about you?
We collect information about you to process your enquiries, quotations, orders and invoices. We will not share your details with any third party unless you ask for services from our recommended third-party sub-contractors.

Site visitor tracking
This website uses Google Analytics (GA) to track user interaction. Google Analytics is a web analytics service that tracks and reports website traffic. We use this information, to understand how users find and interact with our web pages. Although Google Analytics records data such as your geographical location, device, internet browser and operating system, none of this information personally identifies you to us. Google Analytics also records your computer’s IP address which could be used to personally identify you but Google do not grant us access to this. We consider Google to be a third-party data processor.
Google Analytics makes use of cookies. If you disable cookies on your internet browser, this will stop Google Analytics from tracking any part of your visit to pages on this website. You can also download the Google Analytics “Opt Out Browser Add On”. This will prevent Google from using your data.
Contact form
If you choose to use our contact form on our website contact page none of the information you supply will be stored by this website or shared with any third parties. Data is sent from the website using Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP). An SSL certificate protects our server. SSL is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and integral. Please be aware that not all mail servers are secured in this way, therefore, when sending emails be aware that it might not be a safe medium for personal, confidential or other sensitive information.
Email newsletter
If you choose to sign up for our product news updates and special offer emails, the email address that you submit will be entered into a MailChimp database. MailChimp is a marketing platform that we use for email marketing. Whilst you are signed up to our product news updates, you will receive occasional marketing emails (about once a month). We consider MailChimp to be a third-party data processor.
Your email address will remain within MailChimp’s database for as long as we continue to use MailChimp’s services for email marketing or until you request removal from the list. You can remove yourself from the list by unsubscribing using the unsubscribe links contained in MailChimp emails that we send you or by requesting removal from us, when requesting removal by us via email, please send your email using the email account that is subscribed to the mailing list.
If you are under 16 years of age you MUST obtain parental consent before joining our email newsletter.
Online building configurator
The information we collect - When you use the building configurator available through our website and create an account to save your designs, we collect your name, email address, address, phone number and details of the building you have configured.
What we use the information for - We use this information so that you can save your customised building design and amend and update it when you wish. We may also use this information to contact you to discuss your design and suggest potential refinements and to confirm pricing and delivery/build timescales, as well as answering any other questions you may have prior to placing an order.
Who we share the information with - The building configurator is provided by VisualConfig Limited and when you use the building configurator and create an account we share your contact details and building designs with them. VisualConfig is a technology company based in the UK that provides building visualisation and configuration software and they process your personal information on our behalf. They will hold your personal information securely and will not share any of it with other companies or use it for any other purposes. They will delete your personal information if we instruct them to do so.

Complaints relating to your finance agreement
If you wish to raise a complaint we will either provide a written acknowledgement or if we can resolve the issue within 3 days, we will issue a summary resolution. If the complaints take longer to resolve, we will keep you updated on the progress and issue a final response within eight weeks. Where the complaint relates to the finance linked to your purchase you can still let us know about this, but we will forward it on to the credit provider Novuna who will acknowledge your complaint and investigate it thoroughly and issue their response within eight weeks.
What to do if you can't reach an agreement
If you are not satisfied with the response and you may be able to refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
