We purchased a Summerhouse some four years ago from Garden Affairs, at the time based on the perceived quality of the product in comparison with all others we had seen. We were not disappointed. From the prompt delivery, to the efficient professional construction, and the simply excellent after sales service, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Terrific company and lovely people. We spent months looking around for a log cabin as a garden studio and following a recommendation we went to Garden Affairs. Poppy and Richard took us through the various options and extended expert advice following a site visit. Detailed costings and drawings were explained and adjusted as the requirements were modified.
We chose a Bertsch Holzbau cabin designed to bespoke dimensions and window arrangements, including electrical wiring and insulated floor and roof. This is a top quality construction at a very fair price.
The cabin was manufactured ahead of original schedule. The installation team were excellent, and finished the platform base within 2 days - not an easy task on a steepish slope with undulating ground. Construction of the
cabin took a further 2 days and nothing seemed too much trouble for them. Richard recommended his brother Simon for the external painting, which he subsequently completed in a further couple of days. Care and precision throughout.
Having now fitted and connected the electrics we are absolutely delighted with our new sanctuary. Thank you so much Garden Affairs for a wonderful job and superb service!
