  • Details & Specifications

    Constructed using 44mm thick timber walls, interlocking at the corners, the traditional Log Cabin with Canopy follows a similar construction method to the classic Scandinavian log cabin.

    The tongue and groove walls fasten together to create a tight, but breathable building that adapts to the changing British climate. The ceiling joists create the framework for a tongue and groove ceiling, finished with a strong EPDM rubber roof membrane. A 2-3 degree slope helps direct water run-off.

    Doors and windows are double-glazed as standard and can be customised in style and placements to create a unique design every time.

    The floor is made of 19mm thick tongue and groove timber, with the option to upgrade to easy-clean laminate or vinyl flooring.

    The veranda is an extension of the roof and features the same EPDM rubber covering and water run-off. Metal anchored posts support the structure and decorative post covers can be added to finish the traditional aesthetic.

    The 2.5m tall building will (in most cases) comply with permitted development rights. For more information on permitted development and planning regulations, click here.
