Details & Spec
The Prima Octagonal has a premium quality, bitumen felt shingle roof in a choice of five attractive colours: Black, Blue, Red, Green or Brown. Alternatively, a cedar shingle roof or a traditional slate-effect roof is offered on installed summerhouses.
The Prima Octagonal is double glazed as standard and has two top-hung windows and a single three-quarter glazed door as standard, all with handy detachable Georgian glazing bars, making it easy to paint and clean your doors & windows.
This octagonal summerhouse is constructed from premium quality, kiln-dried, Northern European pine (tongue & groove, 28mm timber) a 19mm tongue & groove timber floor is included, and doors & windows are made from laminated timber to minimise warping.

Choose between a wide range of timber-framed, double-glazed doors and windows. Add timber glazing bars to create a traditional aesthetic.
Pick between five factory-painted colours for the doors, windows and walls, or have the building unpainted, ready for the colour of your choice.
The standard Bitumen felt shingles are available in a choice of five colours. Cedar and Cambridge Extreme shingles are also offered as an upgrade.
All our garden buildings can be modified to suit your needs. You can choose from a wide variety of door and window options and create your own size and layout. Alternatively, you can start from scratch with a made-to-measure design.
Insulation ensures that a garden building is warm in winter and cool in summer - offering the perfect environment for all-year-round use. We use high specification insulation similar to that used in modern loft conversions offering the maximum insulation property without affecting the interior appearance of your building.
