Terrific company and lovely people. We spent months looking around for a log cabin as a garden studio and following a recommendation we went to Garden Affairs. Poppy and Richard took us through the various options and extended expert advice following a site visit. Detailed costings and drawings were explained and adjusted as the requirements were modified.
We chose a Bertsch Holzbau cabin designed to bespoke dimensions and window arrangements, including electrical wiring and insulated floor and roof. This is a top quality construction at a very fair price.
The cabin was manufactured ahead of original schedule. The installation team were excellent, and finished the platform base within 2 days - not an easy task on a steepish slope with undulating ground. Construction of the
cabin took a further 2 days and nothing seemed too much trouble for them. Richard recommended his brother Simon for the external painting, which he subsequently completed in a further couple of days. Care and precision throughout.
Having now fitted and connected the electrics we are absolutely delighted with our new sanctuary. Thank you so much Garden Affairs for a wonderful job and superb service!

Purchased Linea 4x2 garden building from Garden Affairs.
Building is a great contemporary design as we had a small space and didn’t want any overhang. We also went for the green roof option which looks great from the bedroom.
Entire customer journey from quote, order, delivery and installation was seamless. The entire Garden Affairs team communicated very well throughout, although there was a slight delay to confirming the production dates, as building is manufactured in Poland.
Installation team, led by Doug, was fantastic and completed to a very high professional finish in just over 2 days.
Very pleased with the finish, both interior and exterior.

We spent many months researching cabins for our garden and were so pleased to finally come across Garden Affairs. Their range of cabins were the best we had come across in terms of quality, flexibility of design and cost. The overall price did stretch our budget further than we had hoped, but we couldn't be happier with the final result - definitely good value for money. We can't fault the quality of the structure, the security of the fittings, the politeness and expertise of the building team, or the knowledgeable and good advice from Doug pre-sale and 'better than I could have hoped for' post sale customer service. Recommended? Definitely!!!
