Payments for our garden offices & buildings can be made via card payments in-person or over the phone, bank transfers or cheques.
We offer two payment options; a two-part payment of deposit and balance, or you can split the payments with one of our finance options.
The most common payment method is a two-part payment of 25% and 75%. The 25% deposit is paid at the point of order by credit/debit card and the 75% balance payment is to be paid a week before delivery (for self-assembly customers) or at the point of installation by debit card only.
Garden Affairs business terms require an upfront deposit payment of at least 25% total building cost; the balance can be financed, subject to approval and completion of the application process.
We arrange credit agreements for customers with Novuna Personal Finance at zero fee. The options that we offer include:
