  Clever design

  The Linea combines thoughtful design with practical space utilization. With no roof overhang, it maximizes internal space and can be conveniently positioned against walls and fences. The 2.5m high flat roof, finished with EPDM, has a gentle slope leading to a hidden downpipe within the wall, which effectively drains water to the back.

  Exterior finishes

  Horizontally grooved Northern European Larchwood clads the exterior, known for its durability and strength. The eco-friendly, water-based natural stain finish highlights the wood's grain, or you can choose any RAL colour for a painted finish to match your preferences.

  Fully insulated

  To ensure comfort in all seasons, the Linea Office Studio is fully insulated. The walls feature high-quality multi-foil insulation and a cavity for electrics, while the roof and floor are insulated with foil-backed polyurethane, creating a comfortable indoor climate year-round.

  For durable cladding, our slow-grown Northern European Larchwood is ideal for placement near walls or fences.

  Available in multiple colours, the factory-painted walls, doors, and windows complement the Larchwood cladding, which can be stained to maintain timber's natural look.

  Year-round comfort is achieved with double-foil backed polyurethane insulation in the roof and floor, and multi-foil insulation in the walls.

  Internally Lined & Painted

  Standard for the high-spec Linea, the interior boasts a factory-painted, v-grooved MDF lining.

  2.5m High Flat Roof

  At 2.5m high, the Linea’s flat roof typically meets permitted development rights, and the EPDM rubber roof has a 2-3 degree slope leading to a hidden downpipe.

  The double-glazed timber doors and windows are of high quality and include secure multi-point locking systems.

  • What if I don't see a garden building that suits my needs?

    All our garden buildings can be modified to suit your needs. You can choose from a wide variety of door and window options and create your own size and layout. Alternatively, you can start from scratch with a made-to-measure design.

  • Can I view your garden buildings?

    Yes. Our display centre and offices are at Trowbridge Garden Centre, Trowbridge, Wiltshire, BA14 0DT. We have a variety of garden rooms from our range available to view. With literally hundreds of models available and the option to customise, we do not have every model, but we do have a "bit of everything" so that you can get a feel for the quality and options on offer.

    We are open Monday - Friday 9.30 am - 5 pm.On Saturday we are open by prior arrangement only, please call us for an appointment to view. Sunday we are closed.

  • Do I need a site visit?

    In most cases, we find that this is not necessary. Our designers are experienced in all aspects of garden room design and build and are able to prepare plans to your specification without the need to visit your garden.

  • What type of insulation is used?

    The Linea uses high quality multi-foil insulation in the walls and foil-backed polyurethane insulation in the roof & floor.

  • Is the roof completely flat?

    None of our flat roof buildings are completely flat. The roof has a 2-3 degree slope for water run-off and the Linea has a concealed downpipe for drainage.

  • How is the Linea packaged & delivered?

    The Linea is shipped in panels of varying sizes depending on the size of the building. The building is wrapped and palletised before being delivered and offloaded.
