The luxury modern shed is finished in western red cedar. The doors and windows are timber-framed as standard.

The made-to-measure modern shed is fully customisable in size, door and window placement and colour.

Premium timber-framed sliding doors within frosted glass provide privacy and a wide entranceway.
2.3m High roof
The flat roof finished with a strong rubber membrane measures 2.3m in height to help comply with permitted development (in most cases).
Watertight
The quality timber, EPDM rubber roof membrane and vapor barrier help keep the modern shed watertight and limit condensation year-round

Fit with a vapour barrier and a long-life EPDM rubber roof membrane, This contemporary shed is perfect for keeping garden tools, bicycles, a lawnmower and other garden paraphernalia both safe and watertight all year round.
This Modern Shed is constructed from premium quality Western Red Cedar. A 21mm, strong, tongue & groove timber floor can also be added. All timber is from sustainable sources offering a traditional wood finish ready for painting in the colour of your choice.

Yes. Our display centre and offices are at Trowbridge Garden Centre, Trowbridge, Wiltshire, BA14 0DT. We have a variety of garden rooms from our range available to view. With literally hundreds of models available and the option to customise, we do not have every model, but we do have a "bit of everything" so that you can get a feel for the quality and options on offer.
We are open Monday - Friday 9.30 am - 5 pm.
On Saturday we are open by prior arrangement only, please call us for an appointment to view. Sunday we are closed.
In most cases, we find that this is not necessary. Our designers are experienced in all aspects of garden room design and build and are able to prepare plans to your specification without the need to visit your garden.
Insulation ensures that a garden building is warm in winter and cool in summer - offering the perfect environment for all-year-round use. We use high specification insulation similar to that used in modern loft conversions offering the maximum insulation property without affecting the interior appearance of your building.
