At Garden Affairs we provide the level of service that is right for you. Opt for a hassle-free turnkey service including design, & planning application, base work, delivery, installation, electrics and optional extras, or choose to take on some of the work as a DIY project.

Bespoke design

Every project can be custom designed to suit your needs and your garden space. Our friendly sales team are on hand to identify your needs & wants before turning your ideas into a 3D design.

Planning

The majority of our garden rooms are built to comply with permitted development and do not require planning permission. However, if you do require some form of planning, our friendly expert can process an application on our behalf.

Base work

Garden rooms require a flat and solid supporting base. We offer a concrete base made to the footprint of the building or an eco-friendly deckbase with the option for an additional deck area.

Delivery

We can deliver to most parts of the UK. The delivery method and cost will depend on your location and access to your property. All of our garden rooms are supplied flat-packed, on pallets, protected by plastic packaging.

Assembly options

If you would like to take on a project or keep the costs to a minimum, many of our garden rooms are available for self-assembly. Alternatively, put your feet up whilst our team of in-house experts install your dream garden room for you.

To finish off your newly built garden room, we offer either first fix electrical cabling ready for your own electrician, or a full electrical package with a range of fittings to choose from.
