Details & Spec

Crafted with 44mm thick timber walls that interlock at the corners, the traditional Log Cabin with Veranda has tongue and groove walls that fit together snugly, creating a durable yet breathable structure that adapts to the varying British climate. The ceiling framework, formed by joists, supports a tongue and groove ceiling, finished with a robust EPDM rubber roof membrane. A gentle 2-3 degree slope ensures efficient water run-off.

Doors and windows are double-glazed as standard and can be customised in style and placements to create a unique design every time. The floor is made of 19mm thick tongue and groove timber, with the option to upgrade to easy-clean laminate or vinyl flooring.

Our 2.5m tall building will (in most cases) comply with permitted development rights. For more information on permitted development and planning regulations, click here. The Log Cabin with Veranda can be split into multiple rooms with the option for internal or external access.

The Log Cabin with Veranda is fully customisable to suit your needs. Pick between the following custom options to create your dream studio. 

Size

The garden cabin can be customised in half-metre increments from 4.5m x 3.5m to 8m x 5m.

Doors & windows

Choose from a wide range of timber-framed, double-glazed doors and windows.

Flooring

Upgrade the standard tongue and groove timber floor to a high-quality laminate in a choice of two colours.

Colours

The doors and windows can be painted in a range of factory colour options. The walls can also be stained in your colour of choice as an upgrade.

Electrical spec

On Cabins that we install, we offer full electrics or first fix wiring ready for your electrician.

Multiple rooms

Add a partition wall to your cabin to create two separate rooms, or opt for an open-plan design.

Shingle colours

Choose between five popular Bitumen felt shingle colours, or upgrade to Cedar or Cambridge Extreme shingles.

FAQs

Do I need a site visit?

In most cases, we find that this is not necessary. Our designers are experienced in all aspects of garden room design and build and are able to prepare plans to your specification without the need to visit your garden.

Do you deliver to my area?

We deliver throughout England but are unable to deliver direct to Scotland or Ireland. We can, however, deliver to the borders, or a Port/forward freight company for your collection.

How do I order?

Please call us to place your order. You can pay by credit or debit card, cheque or bank transfer. A 25% deposit is required with all orders. The final balance is payable on completion when installed by Garden Affairs, or 7 days prior to delivery for self-assembly customers.
