  This stylish garden building boasts a modern design with a sleek flat roof. The entire Prima Standard structure stands under 2.5m high, which often eliminates the need for planning permission.

  The Prima Standard is spacious enough to accommodate a desk, chair, bookshelves, and additional office essentials. Crafted from robust 44mm timber, including a sturdy 19mm timber floor, all wood used is sourced sustainably and can be stained or painted to match your preferences. Factory finishes are also available for a more refined look.

  This comprehensive garden building kit includes double-glazed windows, all necessary fixings and fastenings, high-quality door hardware, and detailed assembly instructions. It's designed for easy DIY assembly over a day or two, requiring only basic carpentry skills. Alternatively, you can opt for professional installation by Garden Affairs.

  • Do I need a site visit?

    In most cases, we find that this is not necessary. Our designers are experienced in all aspects of garden room design and build and are able to prepare plans to your specification without the need to visit your garden.

  • Can I view your garden buildings?

    Yes. Our display centre and offices are at Trowbridge Garden Centre, Trowbridge, Wiltshire, BA14 0DT. We have a variety of garden rooms from our range available to view. With literally hundreds of models available and the option to customise, we do not have every model, but we do have a "bit of everything" so that you can get a feel for the quality and options on offer.

    We are open Monday - Friday 9.30 am - 5 pm. On Saturday we are open by prior arrangement only, please call us for an appointment to view. Sunday we are closed. Visit us

  • Can you supply a base?

    Yes. At Garden Affairs, we have taken away the hassle of finding tradespeople to install your garden room base. We offer both a deck & concrete base for buildings we are installing. Learn more

  • Do you deliver to my area?

    We deliver throughout England but are unable to deliver direct to Scotland or Ireland. We can, however, deliver to the borders, or a Port/forward freight company for your collection.

  • Can this building be made larger?

    All of our products can be customised on size.  The Prima Standards size can be changed in 60cm increments.
