  The Corner Prima is spacious enough to accommodate a desk, chair, bookshelves, and additional office essentials. Crafted from robust 44mm timber, including a sturdy 19mm timber floor, all wood used is sourced sustainably and can be stained or painted to match your preferences. Factory finishes are also available for a more refined look.

  This comprehensive garden building kit includes double-glazed windows, all necessary fixings and fastenings, high-quality door hardware, and detailed assembly instructions. It's designed for easy DIY assembly over a day or two, requiring only basic carpentry skills. Alternatively, you can opt for professional installation by Garden Affairs.

  • Do you deliver to my area?

    We deliver throughout England but are unable to deliver direct to Scotland or Ireland. We can, however, deliver to the borders, or a Port/forward freight company for your collection.

  • Can I assemble the building myself?

    Many of our garden buildings can be self-assembled by a competent DIY enthusiast and a couple of helpers. A smaller build can be assembled as a weekend project making a perfect opportunity to call in favours from both friends and family!

    While we cannot determine if the "DIY" approach is right for you, we can tell you that Garden Affairs customers of all skill levels and ages have had great fun with the assembly of our buildings.Learn more

  • Do I need planning permission?

    Many of the buildings we offer comply with permitted development rights and do not require further planning permission.
