The durable cladding, made from slow-grown Northern European Larchwood, is suitable for positioning next to walls or fences.

2.5m High Flat Roof
Built to 2.5m, the flat roof Linea generally complies with permitted development rights, featuring a 2-3 degree sloped EPDM rubber roof with a hidden downpipe.

Our timber doors and windows are double-glazed and high-quality, with secure multi-point locking mechanisms.
Paint & Stain Finished
Choose from a variety of colours for factory-painted walls, doors, and windows, and stain the Larchwood cladding to preserve natural timber characteristics.

Finished with a v-grooved MDF lining, the high-spec Linea's interior comes factory painted as standard.

Clever design
The Linea has been meticulously crafted with a keen eye for design. Recognizing the importance of space efficiency, it boasts a roof without overhang, optimizing internal space and enabling placement against walls and fences. The 2.5m high flat roof, finished with robust EPDM, gently slopes towards a discreet downpipe hidden within the wall, channeling water drainage to the rear.

Clad in horizontally grooved Northern European Larchwood, the Linea stands out with strength and durability.
The natural stain finish, which is eco-friendly, water-based, and high-quality, showcases the wood's natural grain. The exterior walls can also be painted in any RAL color to meet your aesthetic needs.
Fully insulated
For all-year-round comfort, the Linea Office is thoroughly insulated. The walls incorporate high-quality multi-foil insulation with a cavity for electrical installations, and the roof and floor are insulated with foil-backed polyurethane, ensuring a comfortable interior environment in any weather.

The Linea Office Pod uses high-quality multi-foil insulation in the walls and foil-backed polyurethane insulation in the roof & floor.
None of our flat roof buildings are completely flat. The roof has a 2-3 degree slope for water run-off and the Linea has a concealed downpipe for drainage.
The Linea is shipped in panels of varying sizes depending on the size of the building. The building is wrapped and palletised before being delivered and offloaded.
