The cabin is constructed using solid timber, tongue and groove walls and interlocking corners. The roof can be pitched or flat, with a range of roof coverings available.
All doors and windows are timber framed and double-glazed as standard. Doors and windows can be chosen from our range of presets, or custom-made to suit your design.
The floor is a 21mm tongue and groove timber, connected to the pressure-treated timber base beams.

Create the room you need by placing internal walls to make the shapes and sizes you want.
Pick a traditional pitched roof up to 3.5m or a flat roof up to 2.8m high.
Opt for the traditional tongue groove floor or upgrade to an easy-clean laminate.
The doors and windows can be factory-painted in any RAL colour.

Yes. Our display centre and offices are at Trowbridge Garden Centre, Trowbridge, Wiltshire, BA14 0DT. We have a variety of garden rooms from our range available to view. With literally hundreds of models available and the option to customise, we do not have every model, but we do have a "bit of everything" so that you can get a feel for the quality and options on offer.
We are open Monday - Friday 9.30 am - 5 pm.
On Saturday we are open by prior arrangement only, please call us for an appointment to view. Sunday we are closed.
Yes. We offer an in-house professional, high-quality, fixed-price, installation service.
Our installers are experienced and trained in every aspect of manufacture, design and installation. So you can relax in the knowledge that your new garden building will be installed both correctly and safely.
Yes. A 5-year manufacturer's guarantee against manufacturing or construction defects. The guarantee only applies to buildings that have been installed and treated according to the instructions of the manufacturer.
No. The Living Log Cabin is designed to be exempt from planning. Most homes, including listed houses and those in AONB and Conservation Areas bestow the right to site a caravan in the garden. The use must be consistent with the single planning unit of the house and garden and not be anything that could be construed as a material change of use.
VAT treatment on a caravan is special and is determined by size. Living Log Cabin units that exceed either 7m in length or 2.5m in width can be offered at a reduced rate of 5% VAT.
