How much will your New Garden Office cost?

Coins next to a wooden toy house

If you’re fed up with working at the kitchen table or need an escape from the home-school classroom, maybe 2021 is the year for investing in a garden office. Making the most of your outside space is a fantastic way to free up some inside space.

But with so much choice and so many variables, calculating the cost of your office project could just be too bewildering, and put you off before you’ve even started.
We appreciate the importance of working to a budget, and want you to find the perfect office at the perfect price. So we’ve got down and dirty with the Filthy Lucre and come up with this bitesize guide to our garden office prices.

Proline interior

You should budget for between £3,000 and £30,000 for your home office.

Your budgeting bare essentials.

  • Your garden office will cost you between £3,000 and £30,000.
  • You can choose from four garden office ranges: Prima, Log Cabin, Proline or Linea.
  • The size you select will affect the price you pay.
  • You can assemble some of the buildings yourself or pay us to do it.
  • Extras like electrics add to the price.

Starting prices.

All our buildings are made from slow-grown, sustainable timber and have high-quality double-glazed windows and doors. That all comes as standard. You only add to it if you want to.

These starting prices are based on an office size of around 7-7.5m2 (that’s room enough for a desk and chair, small piece of office furniture and a two-seat sofa).

All the trimmings.

Our office buildings come with an array of add-ons, from installation of electrics, additional design features or living roof, to timber pre-treatment, professional assembly, factory painting and advanced insulation. You can also upgrade from a standard deck base to a concrete foundation.

If you fancy all these bells and whistles, the price of a 7 - 7.5m2 office will look something like this:

What our customers say...

“I'd like to say a very big thank you everyone at Garden Affairs. The building is fantastic and we honestly couldn't be happier with it. The installation team were very friendly, polite and professional and were generally a pleasure to have working on-site for the three days of construction. They even carried everything about 100m to the project site from where the haulier off-loaded without a single (audible) grumble, and were a massive credit to Garden Affairs.”
