How much will your New Garden Office cost?

Starting prices

All our buildings are made from slow-grown, sustainable timber and have high-quality double-glazed windows and doors. That all comes as standard. You only add to it if you want to.

These starting prices are based on an office size of around 7-7.5m2 (that’s room enough for a desk and chair, small piece of office furniture and a two-seat sofa).

All the trimmings

Our office buildings come with an array of add-ons: installation of electrics, additional design features or living roof, log cabins with gazebo, timber pre-treatment, professional assembly, factory painting and advanced insulation. You can also upgrade from a standard deck base to a concrete foundation.

Four buildings, four price points

Prima Office. Our most affordable office, the Prima Garden Office is designed to fit in any garden, making it ideal for small urban spaces. Cute, cosy and perfect for year-round working, the Prima is a solid timber building, fully compliant with all the latest planning regulations.

Log Cabin. An office building with a cool Alpine aesthetic, our luxury log cabin is made from first-class, slow-grown, Northern European spruce. Your flat roof log cabin can be built to any size or style you require. Roomy, comfortable, and chic, this choice of garden office will give you an inspiring and pleasurable working environment.

Proline.  A contemporary building using innovative Tricoya cladding, the Proline is a fabulously designed, highly durable building with a rot-free, low-maintenance exterior. Its stylish tongue-and-groove effect cladding and high-quality factory-painted finish make it a really popular choice for a home office.

Linea - A modern take on the garden office, the Linea benefits from no roof overhang and durable horizontal larch wood cladding. Like the Proline, the Linea is finished to a very high standard and comes fully insulated.
