The first in a series of sharing customers' questions. This customer was looking to fit a building into a very tight space.

Dear Garden Affairs, we need extra space for an art studio. Our house is bursting at the seams, and my husband is fed up with me leaving all my art materials out on the kitchen table. We are looking for a construction that can be placed very close to a garden boundary because our garden is tiny! I know a lot of garden buildings have to be half a metre from a boundary because of roof overhangs, which makes them unsuitable.
We want double glazing and insulation and electrics. Is there a solution you can suggest which solves our problem? We need about 3m x 2.5m with a flat roof under 2.5m to comply with planning regulations.
Answer:
For your garden, we recommend a building from our Linea range.
