Two double-glazed, full-length windows let light flood into the office and the single door on the narrow wall features 3-point locking for additional security. Alternatively, the design can be customised with a range of different doors, windows and colours.

Rot-free, low-maintenance exterior
The elegant, paint-finished, vertical tongue and groove effect exterior cladding is made from Tricoya, an extraordinarily stable modern wood composite with a 50-year above-ground lifespan. It handles all outdoor weather conditions and moisture fluctuations with ease, offering resistance to rot, warping, and fungal attacks.
The Proline comes with a professional factory-applied paint finish that is eco-friendly, water-based, and high-quality. Available in any RAL color as standard, it allows you to customize your building to fit your garden's aesthetic perfectly.

Select from a wide range of modular sizes. Buildings range from 1.8m to 5.6m in width and up to 3.4m in depth, making them suitable for any garden size. You can add the doors and windows you prefer to design a building that suits your style.

The Proline range can be configured in a range of sizes in approximately 50cm increments.
Choose from a range of timber-framed, double-glazed doors and windows.
The Proline includes a choice of grey or oak effect laminate. For a rustic finish, opt for a tongue & groove timber floor.
The Proline is finished with a high-spec MDF lining, painted as standard. Timber walls and ceilings are also available.
Pick from our popular colour range, or choose from the hundreds of RAL colours online.
We offer first and second-fix electrics with a range of fittings available.
Add a custom-size canopy to shelter from rain & shine and create an indoor-outdoor office space.
In most cases, we find that this is not necessary. Our designers are experienced in all aspects of garden room design and build and are able to prepare plans to your specification without the need to visit your garden.
Many of the buildings we offer comply with permitted development rights and do not require further planning permission. Planning permission guideYes. A 5-year manufacturer's guarantee against manufacturing or construction defects. The guarantee only applies to buildings that have been installed and treated according to the instructions of the manufacturer.
Please call us to place your order. You can pay by credit or debit card, cheque or bank transfer. A 25% deposit is required with all orders. The final balance is payable on completion when installed by Garden Affairs, or 7 days prior to delivery for self-assembly customers.
