Durable Larch Cladding
Slow-grown Northern European Larchwood offers a durable cladding option that can be placed next to walls or fences.
Fully Insulated
For a comfortable working environment in any season, the roof and floor are insulated with double-foil backed polyurethane, and the walls use multi-foil insulation.
2.5m High Flat Roof
Our Linea, with a 2.5m flat roof, usually fits permitted development rights and includes an EPDM rubber roof sloped 2-3 degrees to a hidden downpipe.

Details & Spec
The Linea is meticulously designed to optimize space. It features a roof without overhang, maximizing internal space and allowing easy placement against walls and fences. The 2.5m high flat roof, finished with heavy-duty EPDM, has a gentle slope leading to a hidden downpipe within the wall, ensuring effective water drainage at the rear.
Exterior finishes
The exterior cladding of the Linea is made of horizontally grooved Northern European Larchwood, prized for its durability and toughness. The natural stain finish, eco-friendly, water-based, and high-quality, reveals the wood's grain. Alternatively, the walls can be painted in any RAL color to fit your garden aesthetic.
Fully insulated
To provide year-round comfort, the Linea Office Studio is fully insulated. The walls are equipped with high-quality multi-foil insulation and a cavity for electrical installations, while the roof and floor are insulated with foil-backed polyurethane, maintaining a comfortable indoor temperature regardless of the season.

We offer first & second fix electrics with a selection of fittings available.
Create a store room, hobby area, or a second separate office with a multi-room Linea Garden Office.
We deliver throughout England but are unable to deliver direct to Scotland or Ireland. We can, however, deliver to the borders, or a Port/forward freight company for your collection.
Please call us to place your order. You can pay by credit or debit card, cheque or bank transfer. A 25% deposit is required with all orders. The final balance is payable on completion when installed by Garden Affairs, or 7 days prior to delivery for self-assembly customers.
Yes. With the Linea Office Multi, you can add as many internal walls and separate rooms as you wish.
Much like with the office, we only provide the physical space, the fitting of appliances & service pipes will need to be sourced separately.
