Durable Larch Cladding
The slow-grown Northern European Larchwood makes for a durable cladding that can be positioned next to walls or fences.
Fully Insulated
The roof & floor are insulated with double-foil backed polyurethane insulation, and multi-foil insulation is used in the walls to create a comfortable working environment for year-round use.
2.5m High Flat Roof
At 2.5m our flat roof Linea garden office is built to comply with permitted development rights (in most cases). The EPDM rubber roof has a 2-3 degree slope leading to a concealed downpipe.

The Linea garden office with storage can be customised to suit your garden. The size can be made to fit any space and the doors & windows can be changed as you please.
Paint & Stain Finished
The walls, doors & windows can be factory painted in a range of colours. The Larchwood cladding can also be stained to keep some of the natural timber characteristics.
Internally Lined & Painted
The high-spec Linea garden office is finished with a luxury v-grooved lined interior which is factory painted as standard.
Multiple Rooms
The building can be split into many rooms for storage, utility rooms, kitchens, bathrooms & more.
Double Glazed Doors & Windows
High-quality, double-glazed timber doors & windows with secure multi-point locking doors.
Details & Spec
The Linea has been built with design in mind. We know that space is at a premium, so we have created a garden studio that has no roof overhang so you can maximise the internal space and position the building against walls & fences. The 2.5m high flat roof finished with heavy-duty EPDM has a shallow slope leading to a downpipe that is concealed within the wall of the building and drains water out at the back.
The integrated shed provides space for garden tools, furniture & equipment. The shed can be adjusted in size and is OSB lined and un-insulated as standard.
Exterior finishes
The Linea Garden Office has been clad with horizontally grooved Nothern European Larchwood, known for its tough, durable qualities.
Exterior walls come in a natural stain finish in an eco-friendly, water-based, high-quality finish as standard that will show the natural grain of the wood. The walls are also available painted in any RAL colour.
Fully insulated
For year-round comfort, we have fully insulated the main room of the Linea Office. The walls include quality multi-foil insulation & cavity for electrics, and foil-backed polyurethane is used to insulate the roof & floor.

Create a store room, hobby area, or a second separate office with a multi-room Linea Garden Office.
We deliver throughout England but are unable to deliver direct to Scotland or Ireland. We can, however, deliver to the borders, or a Port/forward freight company for your collection.
Please call us to place your order. You can pay by credit or debit card, cheque or bank transfer. A 25% deposit is required with all orders. The final balance is payable on completion when installed by Garden Affairs, or 7 days prior to delivery for self-assembly customers.
Yes. With the Linea Office Multi, you can add as many internal walls and separate rooms as you wish.
Much like with the office, we only provide the physical space, the fitting of appliances & service pipes will need to be sourced separately.
