44mm Timber Walls

The 44mm thick timber walls are made from slow-grown Northern European Spruce. All timber is sourced from sustainable sources and managed forests.

The roof & floor includes high-spec polyurethane insulation to create a comfortable working environment.

This Garden Office can be installed by our team of expert installers or purchased as a DIY project with advice and videos to help guide you through the assembly.

This Garden Office can be customised to suit your garden. Change the size (in 60cm increments), doors and windows and colour to create a unique building.

2.5m High Flat Roof

The flat roof is 2.5m in height to comply with permitted development in most cases.

The roof is complete with an EPDM rubber roof membrane and a 2-3 degree slope for water run-off.

Details & Spec

This Garden Office has an attractive, contemporary design featuring a flat roof. The finished building is 3m wide x 1.8m deep. Under 2.5m high, this small garden office does not (in most cases) require planning permission.

The garden Garden Office is large enough to house a desk, chair and bookshelves with room to spare for the inevitable office paraphernalia. This solid timber garden office is constructed from heavy-duty, 44mm timber, including a 19mm timber floor. All timber is from sustainable sources and offers a traditional wood finish that can be stained or painted to suit your taste. Alternatively, factory finishes are available.

The all-inclusive garden office kit comes complete with double-glazing; all the necessary fixings and fastenings; high-quality door furniture; detailed instructions and is designed for do-it-yourself assembly in a day or two, with very basic carpentry skills. Alternatively, relax and let Garden Affairs install it for you.

What if I don't see a garden building that suits my needs?

All our garden buildings can be modified to suit your needs. You can choose from a wide variety of door and window options and create your own size and layout. Alternatively, you can start from scratch with a made-to-measure design.

What are the benefits to insulation?

Insulation ensures that a garden building is warm in winter and cool in summer - offering the perfect environment for all-year-round use. We use high specification insulation similar to that used in modern loft conversions offering the maximum insulation property without affecting the interior appearance of your building. 

How long will installation take?

Depending on the size, most of our garden buildings can be installed in 1-4 days.

How do I order?

Please call us to place your order. You can pay by credit or debit card, cheque or bank transfer. A 25% deposit is required with all orders. The final balance is payable on completion when installed by Garden Affairs, or 7 days prior to delivery for self-assembly customers.

Can the Garden Office 3m x 1.8m be made larger?

All of our products can be customised on size. This office pod's size can be changed in 60cm increments.
