Details & Spec

This compact garden office boasts a contemporary design with a flat roof. The finished dimensions are 3m in depth and 1.8m in width, with a total height under 2.5m, usually exempting it from planning permission requirements.

This Garden Office is designed to fit a desk, chair, bookshelves, and all your office supplies comfortably. Constructed from sturdy 44mm timber with a 19mm timber floor, all materials are sustainably sourced. You can stain or paint the wood to match your preferences, with factory finishes available.

Our complete garden office kit includes double-glazed windows, all necessary fixings and fastenings, high-quality door hardware, and detailed assembly instructions. It is designed for simple DIY assembly over one to two days with basic carpentry skills, or you can opt for installation by Garden Affairs.

What if I don't see a garden building that suits my needs?

All our garden buildings can be modified to suit your needs. You can choose from a wide variety of door and window options and create your own size and layout. Alternatively, you can start from scratch with a made-to-measure design.

What are the benefits to insulation?

Insulation ensures that a garden building is warm in winter and cool in summer - offering the perfect environment for all-year-round use. We use high specification insulation similar to that used in modern loft conversions offering the maximum insulation property without affecting the interior appearance of your building. 

How long will installation take?

Depending on the size, most of our garden buildings can be installed in 1-4 days.

How do I order?

Please call us to place your order. You can pay by credit or debit card, cheque or bank transfer. A 25% deposit is required with all orders. The final balance is payable on completion when installed by Garden Affairs, or 7 days prior to delivery for self-assembly customers.

Can the Garden Office 3m x 1.8m be made larger?

All of our products can be customised on size. This office pod's size can be changed in 60cm increments.
