The smart, paint-finished, vertical tongue & groove effect exterior cladding is manufactured from Tricoya, an exceptionally stable form of MDF.
The Proline multi-room Garden Office is insulated to the roof, floor and walls to create a comfortable working environment all year round.
The Proline is made to 2.5m in height to comply with permitted development rights (in most cases). The EPDM rubber roof includes a 2-3 degree slope for water run-off.

The doors, windows and exterior walls are factory painted as standard with a wide variety of colours to choose from.
The luxury office is finished internally with a v-grooved, painted MDF internal lining on the walls and ceiling as standard.
As with all Proline buildings, the size, doors, windows, colour and lining can be customised to create an office that suits you.
The office can be divided into multiple separate rooms with internal and external access.

Choose from a wide variety of modular sizes. Buildings are available from 4.56m to 7.8m wide and up to 4.01m deep, to suit any size garden, you can add the doors & windows you like to create your own style of building.
The Proline is fully insulated in the roof, floor & walls for all-year-round comfort, ensuring a fully breathable building with a constant temperature, so that you can enjoy working, relaxing or pursuing your hobbies whatever the British weather.

The Proline includes a choice of grey or oak effect laminate. For a rustic finish, opt for a tongue & groove timber floor.
The Proline is finished with a high-spec MDF lining, painted as standard. Timber walls and ceilings are also available.

Yes. Our display centre and offices are at Trowbridge Garden Centre, Trowbridge, Wiltshire, BA14 0DT. We have a variety of garden rooms from our range available to view. With literally hundreds of models available and the option to customise, we do not have every model, but we do have a "bit of everything" so that you can get a feel for the quality and options on offer.
We are open Monday - Friday 9.30 am - 5 pm.
On Saturday we are open by prior arrangement only, please call us for an appointment to view. Sunday we are closed.
Yes. We offer an in-house professional, high-quality, fixed-price, installation service.
Our installers are experienced and trained in every aspect of manufacture, design and installation. So you can relax in the knowledge that your new garden building will be installed both correctly and safely.
Yes. We work with a team of subcontracted electricians who have lots of experience in fitting electrics in our garden buildings.
