Three wide, full-length windows run down the 3.4m side, with the option to add glazing bars as an extra. A single door on the narrow end provides access and lets in further light to the office. The building is fully customisable in size & configuration.

The smart, paint-finished, vertical tongue & groove effect exterior cladding is manufactured from Tricoya, an exceptionally stable wood composite.
The Proline Office Studio is insulated to the roof, floor and walls to create a comfortable working environment all year round.
The Proline is made to 2.5m in height to comply with permitted development rights (in most cases). The EPDM rubber roof includes a 2-3 degree slope for water run-off.

The luxury office is finished internally with a v-grooved, painted MDF internal lining on the walls and ceiling as standard.

The Proline includes a choice of grey or oak effect laminate. For a rustic finish, opt for a tongue & groove timber floor.
The Proline is finished with a high-spec MDF lining, painted as standard. Timber walls and ceilings are also available.

Yes. Our display centre and offices are at Trowbridge Garden Centre, Trowbridge, Wiltshire, BA14 0DT. We have a variety of garden rooms from our range available to view. With literally hundreds of models available and the option to customise, we do not have every model, but we do have a "bit of everything" so that you can get a feel for the quality and options on offer.
We are open Monday - Friday 9.30 am - 5 pm.
On Saturday we are open by prior arrangement only, please call us for an appointment to view. Sunday we are closed.
In most cases, we find that this is not necessary. Our designers are experienced in all aspects of garden room design and build and are able to prepare plans to your specification without the need to visit your garden.
Please call us to place your order. You can pay by credit or debit card, cheque or bank transfer. A 25% deposit is required with all orders. The final balance is payable on completion when installed by Garden Affairs, or 7 days prior to delivery for self-assembly customers.
