2.5m High Flat Roof
Standing at 2.9m high, the Proline adheres to permitted development rights in most instances. The EPDM rubber roof is designed with a 2-3 degree slope to facilitate water drainage.

Our high-quality timber doors and windows feature double glazing and secure multi-point locking systems.
Factory Paint Finish
Doors, windows, and exterior walls come factory painted in standard with a diverse range of colours available.
Internally Lined & Painted
Internally, the luxury office features a v-grooved, painted MDF lining on the walls and ceiling, included as standard.

Choose from a range of timber-framed, double-glazed doors and windows.
The Proline includes a choice of grey or oak effect laminate. For a rustic finish, opt for a tongue & groove timber floor.
The Proline is finished with a high-spec MDF lining, painted as standard. Timber walls and ceilings are also available.

We offer first and second-fix electrics with a range of fittings available.

Yes. At Garden Affairs, we have taken away the hassle of finding tradespeople to install your garden room base. We offer both a deck & concrete base for buildings we are installing.

Planning permission guidePlease call us to place your order. You can pay by credit or debit card, cheque or bank transfer. A 25% deposit is required with all orders. The final balance is payable on completion when installed by Garden Affairs, or 7 days prior to delivery for self-assembly customers.
