The 4.5m x 3m Linea Garden Office is a fully insulated, sleek profile modern garden building. The Garden Office is lined and painted, and an internal wall separates the 1.5m storage shed.
The rooms can be customised in size and accessed via an internal or external door.

The slow-grown Northern European Larchwood makes for a durable cladding that can be positioned next to walls or fences.
The roof & floor are insulated with double-foil backed polyurethane insulation, and multi-foil insulation is used in the walls to create a comfortable working environment for year-round use.
At 2.5m our flat roof Linea is built to comply with permitted development rights (in most cases). The EPDM rubber roof has a 2-3 degree slope leading to a concealed downpipe.

The walls, doors & windows can be factory painted in a range of colours. The Larchwood cladding can also be stained to keep some of the natural timber characteristics.
The high-spec Linea is finished with a v-grooved MDF-lined interior which is factory painted as standard.
The Linea's design can be customised to suit your garden. The size can be made to fit any space and the doors & windows can be changed as you please.
The Linea has been built with design in mind. We know that space is at a premium, so we have created a garden studio that has no roof overhang so you can maximise the internal space and position the building against walls & fences. The 2.5m high flat roof finished with heavy-duty EPDM has a shallow slope leading to a downpipe that is concealed within the wall of the building and drains water out at the back.
The integrated shed provides space for garden tools, furniture & equipment. The shed can be adjusted in size and is OSB lined and uninsulated as standard.
The Linea has been clad with horizontally grooved Nothern European Larchwood, known for its tough, durable qualities.
Exterior walls come in a natural stain finish in an eco-friendly, water-based, high-quality finish as standard that will show the natural grain of the wood. The walls are also available painted in any RAL colour.
For year-round comfort, we have fully insulated the Linea. The walls include quality multi-foil insulation & cavity for electrics, and foil-backed polyurethane is used to insulate the roof & floor.

None of our flat roof buildings are completely flat. The roof has a 2-3 degree slope for water run-off and the Linea has a concealed downpipe for drainage.
The Linea is shipped in panels of varying sizes depending on the size of the building. The building is wrapped and palletised before being delivered and offloaded.
