Slow-grown Northern European Larchwood provides a robust cladding that can be placed adjacent to walls or fences.
Fully Insulated
With double-foil backed polyurethane insulation in the roof and floor, and multi-foil insulation in the walls, this office provides year-round comfort.
2.5m High Flat Roof
Our 2.5m flat roof Linea adheres to permitted development rights in most cases, with an EPDM rubber roof sloped 2-3 degrees to a concealed downpipe.
Double Glazed Doors & Windows
Featuring high-quality, double-glazed timber doors and windows with secure multi-point locking systems.
Paint & Stain Finished
Factory painting is available in a range of colours for the walls, doors, and windows, while the Larchwood cladding can be stained to retain natural timber features.
Internally Lined & Painted
The high-spec Linea features a standard factory-painted, v-grooved MDF-lined interior.

The Linea’s design is fully customizable to suit your garden, with adjustable size, doors, and windows to fit any space.
Clever design
The Linea is designed with both aesthetics and functionality in mind. Acknowledging the value of space, it features a roof without overhang to maximize internal capacity and allow positioning against walls and fences. The 2.5m high flat roof, finished with durable EPDM, has a subtle slope leading to a hidden downpipe within the wall, directing water drainage to the back of the structure.
Exterior finishes
The exterior of the Linea is clad in horizontally grooved Northern European Larchwood, celebrated for its robustness and durability.
The natural stain finish is eco-friendly, water-based, and of high quality, highlighting the wood's grain. Alternatively, the walls can be painted in any RAL color to suit your preferences.
Fully insulated
To ensure comfort throughout the year, the Linea Garden Office is fully insulated. The walls feature premium multi-foil insulation with a cavity for electrics, while the roof and floor are insulated with foil-backed polyurethane, providing a cozy environment regardless of the season.

The Linea uses high-quality multi-foil insulation in the walls and foil-backed polyurethane insulation in the roof & floor.
None of our flat roof buildings are completely flat. The roof has a 2-3 degree slope for water run-off and the Linea has a concealed downpipe for drainage.
The Linea is shipped in panels of varying sizes depending on the size of the building. The building is wrapped and palletised before being delivered and offloaded.
