The Multi-Office measuring 3.6m x 1.8m provides a space for work and a second room for storage hidden behind a blended solid door. The 2.4m x 1.8m main office room is a popular size for home-working and comfortably fits a desk setup for one.

The 1.2m integrated shed provides a handy storeroom for garden tools & equipment, summer furniture, paperwork and more.

The customisable Garden Office & Shed can be split into three or even four separate rooms if you need even more space.

44mm Timber Walls

The 44mm thick timber walls are made from slow-grown Northern European Spruce. All timber is sourced from sustainable sources and managed forests.

Insulated Roof & Floor

The roof & floor includes high-spec polyurethane insulation to create a comfortable working environment.

The Garden Office can be installed by our team of expert installers, or purchased as a DIY project with advice and videos to help guide you through the assembly.

Fully Customisable Design

The Garden Office can be customised to suit your garden. Change the size (in 60cm increments), doors and windows and colour to create a unique building.

2.5m High Flat Roof

The flat roof is 2.5m in height to comply with permitted development in most cases.

EPDM Rubber Roof Membrane

The roof is complete with an EPDM rubber roof membrane and a 2-3 degree slope for water run-off.

Details & Spec

The Garden Office Shed has an attractive, contemporary design featuring a flat roof. The finished building is 1.8m deep x 3.6m wide including a separate store room. Under 2.5m high, this garden office does not (in most cases) require planning permission.

The office is large enough to house a desk, chair and bookshelves with room to spare for the inevitable office paraphernalia. This solid garden office is constructed from heavy-duty, 44mm timber, including a 19mm timber floor. All timber is from sustainable sources and offers a traditional wood finish that can be stained or painted to suit your taste. Alternatively, factory finishes are available.

The all-inclusive garden office kit comes complete with double-glazing; all the necessary fixings and fastenings; high-quality door furniture; detailed instructions and is designed for do-it-yourself assembly in a day or two, with very basic carpentry skills. Alternatively, relax and let Garden Affairs install it for you.

What if I don't see a garden building that suits my needs?

All our garden buildings can be modified to suit your needs. You can choose from a wide variety of door and window options and create your own size and layout. Alternatively, you can start from scratch with a made-to-measure design.

Do I need a site visit?

In most cases, we find that this is not necessary. Our designers are experienced in all aspects of garden room design and build and are able to prepare plans to your specification without the need to visit your garden.

What are the benefits to insulation?

Insulation ensures that a garden building is warm in winter and cool in summer - offering the perfect environment for all-year-round use. We use high specification insulation similar to that used in modern loft conversions offering the maximum insulation property without affecting the interior appearance of your building. 

Do you offer a guarantee?

Yes. A 5-year manufacturer's guarantee against manufacturing or construction defects. The guarantee only applies to buildings that have been installed and treated according to the instructions of the manufacturer.

How do I order?

Please call us to place your order. You can pay by credit or debit card, cheque or bank transfer. A 25% deposit is required with all orders. The final balance is payable on completion when installed by Garden Affairs, or 7 days prior to delivery for self-assembly customers.
