The Multi-Office measuring 3.6m x 1.8m provides a space for work and a second room for storage hidden behind a blended solid door. The 2.4m x 1.8m main office room is a popular size for home-working and comfortably fits a desk setup for one.

The 1.2m integrated shed provides a handy storeroom for garden tools & equipment, summer furniture, paperwork and more.

The customisable Garden Office & Shed can be split into three or even four separate rooms if you need even more space.

Details & Spec

This compact garden office features a sleek, modern design with a flat roof. The building measures 3.6m deep by 1.8m wide and stands under 2.5m tall, often negating the need for planning permission.

The Prima Mini Garden Office offers ample space for a desk, chair, and bookshelves, with extra room for your office accessories. Constructed from sturdy 44mm timber and a solid 19mm timber floor, all wood is sustainably sourced and can be finished with a stain or paint of your choice. Factory finishes are also an option.

The complete garden office kit comes with double-glazed windows, all necessary fixings and fastenings, high-quality door fittings, and detailed assembly instructions. It is designed for straightforward DIY assembly in a day or two, requiring only basic carpentry skills. Alternatively, you can have it professionally installed by Garden Affairs.

What if I don't see a garden building that suits my needs?

All our garden buildings can be modified to suit your needs. You can choose from a wide variety of door and window options and create your own size and layout. Alternatively, you can start from scratch with a made-to-measure design.

Do I need a site visit?

In most cases, we find that this is not necessary. Our designers are experienced in all aspects of garden room design and build and are able to prepare plans to your specification without the need to visit your garden.

What are the benefits to insulation?

Insulation ensures that a garden building is warm in winter and cool in summer - offering the perfect environment for all-year-round use. We use high specification insulation similar to that used in modern loft conversions offering the maximum insulation property without affecting the interior appearance of your building. 

Do you offer a guarantee?

Yes. A 5-year manufacturer's guarantee against manufacturing or construction defects. The guarantee only applies to buildings that have been installed and treated according to the instructions of the manufacturer.

How do I order?

Please call us to place your order. You can pay by credit or debit card, cheque or bank transfer. A 25% deposit is required with all orders. The final balance is payable on completion when installed by Garden Affairs, or 7 days prior to delivery for self-assembly customers.
