This modern garden office pod has a sleek design featuring a flat roof. Measuring 1.8m deep and 2.4m wide, and standing just under 2.5m tall, it often doesn’t require planning permission.
The Garden Office is spacious enough for a desk, chair, bookshelves, and additional office items. It is constructed from heavy-duty 44mm timber with a 19mm timber floor, all sustainably sourced. The wood can be stained or painted to suit your style, with factory finishes available.
The comprehensive garden office kit includes double glazing, all necessary fixings and fastenings, high-quality door fittings, and detailed assembly instructions. It is designed for easy DIY assembly in one to two days with basic carpentry skills, or you can choose professional installation by Garden Affairs.

Yes. Our display centre and offices are at Trowbridge Garden Centre, Trowbridge, Wiltshire, BA14 0DT. We have a variety of garden rooms from our range available to view. With literally hundreds of models available and the option to customise, we do not have every model, but we do have a "bit of everything" so that you can get a feel for the quality and options on offer.
We are open Monday - Friday 9.30 am - 5 pm.
On Saturday we are open by prior arrangement only, please call us for an appointment to view. Sunday we are closed.
In most cases, we find that this is not necessary. Our designers are experienced in all aspects of garden room design and build and are able to prepare plans to your specification without the need to visit your garden.
Yes. At Garden Affairs, we have taken away the hassle of finding tradespeople to install your garden room base. We offer both a deck & concrete base for buildings we are installing.
