This small garden office features a contemporary flat roof design. The completed building is 2.4m deep by 2.4m wide and stands under 2.5m high, which generally eliminates the need for planning permission.
The 2.4m x 2.4m Garden Office offers ample space for a desk, chair, and bookshelves, with room left over for other office necessities. It is built from durable 44mm timber and includes a 19mm timber floor, with all wood sourced sustainably. The timber can be stained or painted to match your taste, with factory finishes also available.
The complete garden office kit includes: double glazing windows, fixings and fastenings, premium door hardware, detailed instructions. It's designed for easy DIY assembly in one to two days, with basic carpentry tools. For those who prefer to delegate, Garden Affairs can provide professional installation.

Choose from a range of door & window options, all timber-framed and double-glazed as standard.
Upgrade the tongue & groove floor to a high-quality laminate floor - available in two colours.
The 2.4m x 2.4m Garden Office can be factory painted with a choice of five colours to choose from.
On buildings we install, we offer first & second fix electrics with a range of fittings to choose from.
Insulation ensures that a garden building is warm in winter and cool in summer - offering the perfect environment for all-year-round use. We use high specification insulation similar to that used in modern loft conversions offering the maximum insulation property without affecting the interior appearance of your building.
We deliver throughout England but are unable to deliver direct to Scotland or Ireland. We can, however, deliver to the borders, or a Port/forward freight company for your collection.
Depending on the size, most of our garden buildings can be installed in 1-4 days.
The Mini Office Pod includes insulation to the roof and floor. The walls cannot be insulated but the 44mm timber walls supply natural insulation.
The overhang can be reduced on one or two sides, but not across the whole building.
