With 44mm thick walls and insulation in the roof and floor, the Corner Garden Office is a comfortable space for year-round use and can be customised to suit your garden.

The 44mm thick timber walls are made from slow-grown Northern European Spruce. All timber is sourced from sustainable sources and managed forests.
The roof & floor includes high-spec polyurethane insulation to create a comfortable working environment.
The Corner Garden Office can be installed by our team of expert installers, or purchased as a DIY project with advice and videos to help guide you through the assembly.
The Corner Office can be customised to suit your garden. Change the size (in 60cm increments), doors and windows and colour to create a unique building.
The flat roof is 2.5m in height to comply with permitted development in most cases.
The roof is complete with an EPDM rubber roof membrane and a 2-3 degree slope for water run-off.

The Corner Garden Office has an attractive, contemporary design featuring a flat roof. The finished building is 3m wide x 2.4m deep. Under 2.5m high, this garden office does not (in most cases) require planning permission.
The Corner Garden Office is large enough to house a desk, chair and bookshelves with room to spare for the inevitable office paraphernalia. This solid garden office is constructed from heavy-duty, 44mm timber, including a 19mm timber floor. All timber is from sustainable sources and offers a traditional wood finish that can be stained or painted to suit your taste. Alternatively, factory finishes are available.
The all-inclusive garden office kit comes complete with double-glazing; all the necessary fixings and fastenings; high-quality door furniture; detailed instructions and is designed for do-it-yourself assembly in a day or two, with very basic carpentry skills. Many of the buildings we offer comply with permitted development rights and do not require further planning permission. Planning permission guideWe deliver throughout England but are unable to deliver direct to Scotland or Ireland. We can, however, deliver to the borders, or a Port/forward freight company for your collection.
Many of our garden buildings can be self-assembled by a competent DIY enthusiast and a couple of helpers. A smaller build can be assembled as a weekend project making a perfect opportunity to call in favours from both friends and family!
While we cannot determine if the "DIY" approach is right for you, we can tell you that Garden Affairs customers of all skill levels and ages have had great fun with the assembly of our buildings.
