This modern garden office pod has a sleek design featuring a flat roof. Measuring 3m deep and 2.4m wide, and standing just under 2.5m tall, it often doesn’t require planning permission.
The Corner Garden Office is spacious enough for a desk, chair, bookshelves, and additional office items. It is constructed from heavy-duty 44mm timber with a 19mm timber floor, all sustainably sourced. The wood can be stained or painted to suit your style, with factory finishes available.
The comprehensive garden office kit includes double glazing, all necessary fixings and fastenings, high-quality door fittings, and detailed assembly instructions. It is designed for easy DIY assembly in one to two days with basic carpentry skills, or you can choose professional installation by Garden Affairs.

Upgrade the tongue & groove floor to a high-quality laminate floor - available in two colours.
The office can be factory painted with a choice of five colours to choose from.
On buildings we install, we offer first & second fix electrics with a range of fittings to choose from.
Many of the buildings we offer comply with permitted development rights and do not require further planning permission. For larger buildings and special planning zones, additional permission may be required. Read our comprehensive planning guide to establish any additional permissions that you may require.
Planning permission guideWe deliver throughout England but are unable to deliver direct to Scotland or Ireland. We can, however, deliver to the borders, or a Port/forward freight company for your collection.
Many of our garden buildings can be self-assembled by a competent DIY enthusiast and a couple of helpers. A smaller build can be assembled as a weekend project making a perfect opportunity to call in favours from both friends and family!
While we cannot determine if the "DIY" approach is right for you, we can tell you that Garden Affairs customers of all skill levels and ages have had great fun with the assembly of our buildings.
