The Primex 300, in 44mm thick timber offers a high quality corner garden office
or the perfect artist's studio.
(Featuring a modern flat roof, at 2.3m in height, the building conforms to the latest height planning regulations allowing you to situate the building within 2 metres of your boundary.)
The roofing material is constructed in 2 layers; the top layer slopes backwards, creating an integrated gutter so that it is very easy for you to set up water drainage at the rear. The roofing material consists of a rubber mat, edged with an aluminium strip on all sides. The building is ALSO available with a sedum roof on installed buildings (see prices below).
Two long windows and a glazed double door offer a light, airy and modern space in which to comfortably work. This solid building is constructed from heavy duty, 44mm timber inclusive of a 19mm tongue & groove timber floor. All timber is from sustainable sources and offers a traditional wood finish that can be stained or painted to suit your taste.
