- Groundworks and construction of base.
- Construction of shell using SIPS (structurally insulated panels). Strong, affordable and environmentally responsible solution. SIPS have been used worldwide to build houses and comply with thermal requirements for building regulations.
- Fixing & connection of electrics to include: consumer unit, light switches, ceiling lights and ample double power sockets.
- Plaster board & skim finish to walls and ceiling.
- Fitting of high quality engineered hardwood or laminate flooring in a range of finishes together with skirting boards.
- Decoration of all internal walls, windows, doors and ceiling.
- Superior quality, double glazed, doors and windows with insurance approved locks.
- Roof finish in either cedar shingle or slate effect tiles or for flat roofs EPDM (rubberised membrane) with option for a green sedum roof.
- En-suite shower rooms, toilets, kitchens if required.
