Featured on Channel 4's Property Ladder

This "chill out" room and office, custom designed and installed by Garden Affairs has been featured on Channel 4's Property Ladder. 

Sarah Beeny, the programme's presenter said "This is a perfect example of a lovely garden shed,  I'm quite a shed fan and this one does it for me". 

This large garden room cost around £9,000 as a complete package including installation, insulation, double glazing and electrics. And was used by Sarah Beeny to demonstrate how a garden room can provide that all important extra living space, while also adding to the value of your property. As she explained: "A good garden "shed" could add up to 5% to the value of your house when you come to sell".

Country Cabin

This client moved their family business from a subterranean cellar into this open plan, light and airy garden office.

The building, a 5.5 x 5m log cabin was custom designed, installed and painted by Garden Affairs.

The Green Room

Custom designed, installed and painted by Garden Affairs, this canal side garden office was commissioned by a customer with very specific requirements, including a beautiful sedum roof to replace the greenery he had removed by installing the building.

Insulated and double glazed with 2 sets of double doors, the customer has plans for a decked area to extend outwards to the water, eventually providing a stunning dining area for summer evenings.

Piggy Style !

Set in rolling countryside with views to die for, this garden office was custom designed and installed by Garden Affairs. The building is double-glazed, fully insulated and divided into separate offices, for a husband and wife team.

HQ Ready For Action

Installed and painted by the Garden Affairs team, this Maxi XL, was designed as one large open room with tilt & turn windows. Used as a home office, the client has fitted air-conditioning and a plasma screen TV for a truly luxurious working environment.

High Up and Happy

To make the most of stunning views of the Avon Gorge,in Bristol, this client opted to raise his garden office a 3x4m, custom designed log cabin on to a platformed deck.

He now works in peace from the natural surroundings of his own garden.

This client asked Garden Affairs to "dry line" the internal walls of his Prima Demy garden office for an attractive finish. With large windows providing good light, the building is used by our client, an architect, when working from home.

Featured In House Beautiful Magazine

This 3.6m x 3.6m Fifth Avenue garden office was installed by Garden Affairs and recently featured in House Beautiful Magazine.

The client wanted a working office, as well as a place where he could sit and enjoy the beautiful views from his garden in Kent. The building benefits from double glazing, insulation, electrics and broadband internet access to provide a real "home from home". Our client commented "It's much roomier than it looked on the plans and I've managed to fit in a large desk and a wall of shelving without it feeling cramped".

To Work In Three Steps

3 steps from the door of the client's converted barn, set in the Somerset countryside, is a generously sized garden office (Duo Maxi XL) and two handy storage areas.

The first storage area, accessed internally, is used to keep filing cabinets and other office paraphenalia out of sight. The other, reached by an external door acts as a garden "shed" for lawnmowers, and other garden equipment.

Garden Affairs were able to work with the client to produce a bespoke building that exactly matched her needs.

Our client, an accountant, can now run her business in peace away from the distractions of the home, in her Fifth Avenue corner office.

This compact garden office, custom designed by Garden Affairs, fits neatly into a corner of the client's garden.

With work now only a few steps from the back door, it provides a practical solution for a space hungry house and garden.

Perfect Life Balance

When baby Oliver forced our client to vacate his spare bedroom office, the garden office made perfect sense. In his Prima Demy with double-glazing he has the perfect space in which to comfortably work from home, but, is close enough to see his son whenever he wants.

The Icing On The Cake

Our client had been enquiring about renting shop space to run her cake-decorating business until she began to think about the idea of using space in her garden. She chose a Fifth Avenue Duo Maxi XL with double glazed doors and windows and additional insulation. Now work is just a stroll to the end of the garden.
