Featured on Channel 4's Property LadderThis "chill out" room and office, custom designed and installed by Garden Affairs has been featured on Channel 4's Property Ladder. Sarah Beeny, the programme's presenter said "This is a perfect example of a lovely garden shed, I'm quite a shed fan and this one does it for me". This large garden room cost around £9,000 as a complete package including installation, insulation, double glazing and electrics. And was used by Sarah Beeny to demonstrate how a garden room can provide that all important extra living space, while also adding to the value of your property. As she explained: "A good garden "shed" could add up to 5% to the value of your house when you come to sell". |
